• If you’re looking for a safe and encouraging space to express yourself, grow and connect with like-minded folks, we’d love to have you! We are now hosting FREE monthly online and in-person LGBTQIA+ sharing circles. We will use a topic to guide us in our our sharing for each month.

If you’re interested in joining in person or online please contact us to be added to the list and to receive further information.

Online groups are open to everyone globally. There will be two separate online groups at different times on the day to include as many people as possible from around the world.

    Next online meet-up: Saturday 28th March 2026 10am GMT!

In person meet-ups are at Golden Fords Cafe in Guildford, Surrey and involve a walk in the local woods. Please reach out for further details.

Next in-person meet-up: Saturday 14th April 2026. Pop us an email if you’d like to join and we can add you to the WA group for further information.

Please note that for safeguarding reasons, our online groups and walks are only open to people aged 18 and over unless you are accompanied by an adult.

  • After successfully hosting our first retreat for the LGBTQIA+ community - we will be offering an in-person and online retreat in 2026. Please email us to register your interest for either.

  • Come and listen to our podcast here, empowering the community and its allies, one conversation at a time!

  • Outside of our free monthly circles we also offer 1:1 coaching support to those that want it.

We think of coaching as a space for you to be authentically seen and listened to, a nurturing place where you can grow to become the best version of yourself. You can think of us as cheerleaders accompanying you on your life journey!

As Accredited Transformative Coaches, we believe in lasting change. We are trained to help you shift limiting beliefs to bring your life into alignment with your core values. We do this by exploring your world and the way you operate and by offering opportunities for insight, clarity, reflection, gentle challenge, accountability and growth.

We each pride ourselves as very friendly and approachable individuals. Check out our bios to see which Coach might be right for you and do ask if you have any questions!

Our mission is to support the LGBTQIA+ community in any way we can. As such, we donate 5% of the proceeds of every booked coaching/training session to an LGBTQIA+ charity (please contact us to find out which charity we are supporting each month).

Subsidised rates: each Coach offers discounted rates for those in need of support. We have limited availability for these slots so please discuss this with your desired Coach.

You can also purchase sessions as a gift for friends/family members, please get in touch if this is of interest.

Please get in contact for a free 30 minute discovery call to see if coaching could be a good fit and for further information.

Testimonials

  • "It has helped me to connect with the LGBTQ+ community, which has been invaluable, as we live in an area that can sometimes feel less diverse or inclusive. Most importantly for me at least, it has helped reduce feelings of isolation at a difficult time in my life, because I have made genuine friends and connections."

    —Walking Group

  • “I moved to Surrey only knowing my partner. It’s scary to try and meet people as a trans man so having a dedicated and likeminded, inclusive group has been a lifesaver.”

    —Walking Group

  • “I was looking to make more queer friends and have a space where I felt validated in my sexuality and this group has helped with that.”

    —Walking Group

  • “I value that it’s a safe queer space, where everyone is respectful, the controlled manner makes it fair for all to share. I value the three coaches, as they have a purposeful, caring, warming nature. You can show up as you are. A humble space. I like that it doesn’t feel super heavy, it’s lighter and more uplifting.”

    —Online Circles

  • “Being part of this group has helped me in ways I never expected, I have made some good friends and I feel more supported because of it.”
